By downloading, installing, or using Cascade Habits ("Cascade", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

Cascade is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits through:
- Daily habit tracking and completion
- Streak monitoring and statistics
- Cloud synchronization across devices
- Optional premium features via in-app purchase
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You may use the App with or without an account
- Account creation is available through Sign in with Apple
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
Account Responsibilities
- One account per person
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account
- Parents/guardians are responsible for minor's use
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Provide accurate habit and user information
- Respect other users' privacy if sharing features are added
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use the App in ways that could damage or overburden our systems
5. Cascade Pro (Premium Features)
Purchase Terms
- Cascade Pro is available as a one-time purchase of $4.99
- This is a lifetime purchase - pay once, access forever
- Includes unlimited habits, AI coach, premium themes, advanced statistics, and all future features
- Non-transferable between Apple ID accounts
Payments & Refunds
- Processed through Apple App Store
- Subject to Apple's payment terms
- Refunds governed by Apple's refund policy
- Request refunds through Apple, not directly from us
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Cascade and its original content are owned by Sebastian Kowalik
- Protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws
- The Cascade name, logo, and design are our trademarks
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of your habit data
- You grant us a license to store and display your data within the App
- You can delete your data at any time

- We are not liable for data loss (please maintain backups)

- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
